Replacement Products

If you are eligible for a replacement, Janazon will provide an identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Any replacement or repaired product is covered under the same conditions as the original purchase.


Warranty Coverage

Janazon offers a three-year limited warranty on products sold through our store, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
